How to take your measurements:
To measure the diameter of your head, place the tape measure around the widest part of your head, just above your ears, and across the forehead. Make sure the tape is level and not too tight. This will give you the circumference, which will help you determine your cap size. The size range for our caps is 54-60 cm.
